I am a fully qualified BACP registered Humanistic counsellor. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental and confidential space where we can reflect together on things that are happening for you. I work with you to explore your experiences in order to better understand who you are and support you to find greater fulfillment in life. This in turn can help to create better relationships and support you to move away from negative thoughts and behaviours.

As a Humanistic therapist I use different models and techniques to support you. Your experiences are unique to you and we will work together to explore them at your own pace. My warmth and acceptance will help us build a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship where you feel truly heard and understood, even when things in your life may be difficult.

I offer a free initial non-obligatory telephone conversation which gives us the opportunity to talk through the process. We can discuss what you need from therapy and see if I can help. You will be able to ask any questions you may have. Research has shown the effectiveness of counselling depends on the quality of the therapeutic relationship, and we will be able to get a good sense of whether I am the right counsellor for you. If we decide for any reason not to work together I may be able to signpost you to another counsellor or service to support you.

During the coronavirus crisis I am offering therapy online or via telephone. I also currently have a small number of face to face sessions available at Bridge to Health Clinic in Ealing, W13. The space is Covid19 secure, kept clean and disinfected. There is a air filtration system that allows for a constant flow of clean air in the room and all staff and visitors are screened before entering the clinic. I will return to counselling clients face-to-face in Shepherd's Bush shortly.

My fees are from £60 a session. I have a small number of lower cost places available - please do not hesitate to ask about these.
My work is both short and long term depending on your needs and preferences. You can email me at [email protected]

My practice is within easy reach of Hammersmith, Acton, Ealing and Chiswick.
